Hi, I’m Melissa. I help B2B companies build pipeline, organize their CRM, and create scalable systems that support growth.

With over 8 years of experience supporting founders and sales teams and a background as a top-performing sales professional, I understand what it takes to turn outreach into real revenue. I focus on building targeted prospect lists, organizing and cleaning CRM data, and creating repeatable processes that help sales and customer operations run smoothly.

Having been an early employee at multiple startups, I’ve seen firsthand how quickly things can become disorganized during growth. I work with companies to bring structure to that chaos by creating clear workflows, documenting processes, and setting up systems that are ready to scale as the business grows.

My work often includes lead generation, data enrichment, CRM optimization, and building SOPs for both sales and customer support functions, so when it’s time to grow your team, you have a solid foundation in place.

Before transitioning into this work, I spent 10 years in pharmaceutical and dental sales, consistently ranking in the top 10% nationwide. That experience shapes how I approach projects, with a focus on results, efficiency, and what actually drives pipeline.
