About Me

Hi, I'm Melissa, a virtual assistant who offers administrative and sales support to small businesses, start-ups, and entrepreneurs. Having been an early employee of multiple startups, I recognize the importance of flexible support roles that can adapt to the evolving needs of growing companies. I have leveraged this experience in my current role, where I have assisted many start-up companies in their initial stages of growth. I enjoy providing a broad range of support, ranging from CRM, email support, and data entry services, to gaining an understanding of your business to help streamline processes and develop SOPs for administrative roles, operations, and account management.

Before becoming a VA, I worked in pharmaceutical and dental sales for ten years, consistently ranking in the top 10% of sales reps nationwide. I have always enjoyed administrative work and love the feeling of helping a business take steps to get to the next level.
